1. Analyst, Nigeria Infrastructure Fund (NIF) – NS20/3000
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. A degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance or any Business-related discipline from a reputable university
b. Maximum of three (3) years relevant experience post NYSC
c. Good knowledge of trends in the infrastructure sector (globally and locally), and practical experience in valuation, structuring, portfolio management and business strategy
d. Experience in Project Finance and Fund Management.
e. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling
f. Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity.
g. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
h. Advanced excel skills and first-rate verbal and written communication skills
i. Ability to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
2. Administration Officer NS20/3001
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. First Degree from a reputable university
b. Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in administration function.
c. Ability to think strategically and holistically and to appreciate the impact of various policies, issues and solutions.
d. Good communication skills
e. Appreciable understanding of the NSIA’s mandate.
f. Strong people management skills.
g. Highly organized and extremely detail orientated.
h. Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
i. High level of pro-activity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
3. Operational Risk and Compliance Officer – NS20/3002
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. First Degree from a reputable university
b. Relevant post-graduate / professional qualification
c. Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Operational Risk Management and Compliance
d. Experience in financial services, specifically operations or audit will be an added advantage
e. Knowledge of operational risk best practices
f. Good knowledge of operational risk measurement methodologies and Environmental / Industry Analysis
g. Knowledge of Investment / Portfolio Management, Assets & Liabilities Management and Financial analysis / interpretation will be an added advantage
4. Internal Audit Manager – NS20/3003
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. First degree from a reputable university.
b. Relevant professional qualification(s) i.e. ACA, ACCA.
c. Other additional qualification(s) i.e. MBA, CIA, CRMA, CCSA, CISA etc. will be an added advantage
d. A minimum of 8 years with a reputable organization, 6 of which must be in the Internal Audit/Control function
e. Experience in a reputable audit firm is an advantage
f. Appreciable understanding of the NSIA’s mandate
g. Good knowledge of Audit & Investigation and possession of Financial and Data Analysis Skills
h. Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
i. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
j. Knowledge of risk-based internal audit approach covering planning fieldwork, reporting and follow up
k. Ability to build co-operation and collaboration between departments and other groups
l. Ability to manage projects within the internal audit activity or organisation effectively
m. Good report writing and oral communications skills
n. Good understanding of risk management, control and governance through the delivery of assurance
o. Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
5. Credit Risk Manager NS20/3004
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. First Degree in Business Management or Finance related discipline from a reputable university
b. Relevant post-graduate/ professional qualification is required Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in Credit Risk Management
c. Experience in financial services, specifically operations or audit will be an added advantage
d. Strong proficiency in analyzing and evaluating financial information
e. Experience in Investment / Portfolio Management, Assets & Liabilities Management and Financial analysis / interpretation Proven leadership, negotiating and influencing skills Good understanding of the NSIA mandate, regulations and operating environment
f. Excellent interpersonal, organisation, networking and communication (verbal and written) skills
6. Treasury and Strategic Planning Manager NS20/3005
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university
b. MBA / Masters’ in a finance related field / CFA is required
c. A minimum of 10 years cognate experience, must have spent at least 5 years running a sizeable treasury function
d. Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
e. Experience in the preparation of financial schedules and building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans
f. Extensive experience in strategy planning, Assets and Liability Management and fund-raising
g. Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy and financial instruments
h. Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills and strong project management skills
i. Proven leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
j. Good understanding of the NSIA mandate, regulations and operating environment
k. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, networking and communication skills

7. Portfolio Manager, Healthcare Adviser – NS20
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. MD, MBSS, PhD, Pharm.D. or comparable advanced degree is preferred
b. Previous healthcare operational experience required
c. Good knowledge of heath sector trends (globally and within the Nigerian context)
d. Practical experience in valuation, structuring, portfolio management and business strategy
e. Relevant professional qualification in project management
f. Minimum of 12 years cognate experience
g. Expertise in negotiating complex transactions
h. Hands-on experience in project finance and management of infrastructure funds
i. Expertise in financial modelling and structuring of infrastructure deals
j. Proven leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
k. Good understanding of the NSIA mandate, regulations and operating environment
l. Excellent Interpersonal, networking and communication skills (oral & written)
8. Portfolio Manager NS20/3007
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a. First Degree from a reputable university
b. Relevant professional qualifications in MBA, CFA, ACCA and/or Project Management will be an added advantage
c. Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in Project Finance and Portfolio Management
d. Expertise in negotiating complex transactions, financial modelling and structuring of infrastructure deals
e. Practical experience in valuation, project & deal structuring and business strategy
f. Good knowledge of key infrastructure sectors trends including agriculture, power, toll roads, real estate and other sectors (locally and globally)
g. Proven analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
h. Good understanding of the NSIA mandate, regulations and operating environment
i. Excellent Interpersonal, networking and communication skills Team building / conflict management
